Next we will create a map your network. Like a roadmap we will chart out every machine on your network, how they are connected, and identify what services each is offering.

We will work with you to determine if there are shortcomings in hardware or software that may be costing you time through lost productivity or compromising your security, and recommend repairs and upgrades if necessary.

Once you are at a level that protects you from systems failure and your network and computers are working optimally, we will keep it running worry free. Our engineers will resolve hardware, system software, and application file problems. Each month we will routinely inspect your system, install any recommended software updates such as Windows or anti-virus software, and perform optimization maintenance on your hard drives.
