BroadNet Service Area

Compared to other high speed Internet services BroadNet has a very low installation cost. And it takes days - not weeks to get service.

BroadNet can deliver up to 4.5 Mb/s or the equivalent of three dedicated T1 connections.   If you have critical Internetworking needs, Atrius can build point-to-point BroadNet Plus connections delivering fiber-quality services up to 100Mb. Right now, the BroadNet service area covers most of the Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake Metropolitan areas, and the area we serve is expanding all the time. 

BroadNet is a dependable primary connectivity service; however, businesses already using Cable Modem or Business DSL to connect to the Internet find a great value using BroadNet as a low cast backup circuit. We deliver connectivity in a very different way than cable, fiber, or DSL. Atrius does not depend on any one upstream provider, we have several. So when ( not if ) your regular provider goes down BroadNet will keep you in business.


Required Equipment
 
The reception device is mounted outside, usually on the roof of your building. An Atrius Technologies Network Engineer will visit your location, install and configure the device, and test the service.   You'll be on your way to a better Internet in no time.
